THERAPY SERVICE

 

Therapy services are an integral part of the interdisciplinary scope of services by Agile Home Health Services.  Our therapist will access, observe, evaluate, and prepare a treatment plan.  Teaching and training of the client and/or caregiver will be provided based on the assessment findings and treatment plan.
